APEX Watch Mods — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the APEX Watch Mods website, products, and services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About APEX Watch Mods

APEX Watch Mods is a UK‑based independent workshop specialising in custom‑built and modified watches using aftermarket components. We are not affiliated with Seiko, Rolex, or any other watch manufacturer. All watches sold are custom builds created from aftermarket parts.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from APEX Watch Mods, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Not use our products for unlawful or unauthorised purposes

3. Custom Builds & Modding

All watches are assembled by hand using aftermarket components. Because of this:

• Each watch is unique

• Minor variations may occur

• Manufacturer servicing may be refused

• Build times may vary depending on workload

By ordering, you acknowledge these characteristics of modded watches.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit/debit cards

• PayPal

• Klarna

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

Payment must be completed before your order enters the build queue.

5. Order Processing

Standard build time: 7–10 working days Busy periods or complex builds: up to 14 working days

You will receive:

• An order confirmation email

• A shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because all watches are custom‑built to order:

• Refunds are not available once a build has begun

• Cancellations are only possible before assembly starts

• Completed orders cannot be refunded unless defective

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Warranty

All APEX Watch Mods builds include a 24‑month movement warranty covering:

• NH‑series movement failure

• Mechanical defects not caused by misuse

The warranty does not cover:

• Water damage

• Scratches or cosmetic wear

• Impact damage

• Third‑party modifications

8. Shipping

We ship worldwide using tracked services. Delivery times vary by location.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information

• Paying any customs/import fees

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

9. Product Accuracy

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, due to the nature of modding:

• Colours may vary slightly

• Component availability may change

• Specifications may be updated without notice

10. Intellectual Property
